This Is my first video posted for my sims3 modern beach home. The house has 1 bedroom with onsuit bathroom. Living room/Dining Room, large Kitchen with wooden patio and swimming Pool. The Veiw is beautiful, and the outside area Is my favourite part of the house. This home isnt Large but perfect for a couple with a modern taste, and a desire for the perfect veiws.
